Sorry, but for the safety of your pets and our other guests pets are not allowed on tours.

Signatures on a liability waiver are required by all participants.

Drivers are welcome to take turns driving but they must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and be wearing closed-toed shoes. Speed limits are observed at all times.
Your safety is our number one priority! Unsafe driving will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to stop your tour and remove the driver or occupants if needed, with no refund.
If drivers are found to be abusive, irresponsible, or refuse to follow safety instructions. All drivers are responsible for all damages to the vehicle, including cost of repair, or actual cash retail value of the vehicle on the date of the loss if the vehicle is not repairable or if we elect not to repair it.

No alcohol or drugs are allowed. If we have reason to believe that the driver or occupants have consumed alcohol or drugs we reserve the right to cancel your tour, with no refund.

We reserve the right to change your tour to a different Trail because of overcrowding , unsafe trail or weather conditions, we will do our best to provide you with the tour that you booked.

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Because our tours are on a schedule, in order to complete your entire tour in the time allotted, we do not allow drones on our tour. If you would like to use a drone on your tour please call us to discuss setting up a possible private tour for an additional fee. You also will need to have your FAA permit with you and may need to have a permit from the Bureau of Land Management.

Remember your camera!
We have dash cam capabilities in our machines that record the trail in front of you simultaneously with the reactions inside your vehicle, so we recommend you keep cussing to a minimum as it also records your conversations!
However, we cannot guarantee recording your experience because of any unforeseen camera failure. After your tour we view the video from the SD card with you in our office, checking the quality and giving you instructions on how to view the video once you get home.
Should you choose to purchase it, it is the only copy of your tour. If you do not purchase it we reformat the SD card. All sales are final once it leaves our office.

We welcome guests of all ages! We’ve taken adults as old as 103 years old and we’ve taken children as young as 2 weeks old on our tour. If you’re bringing children who require a car seat or booster we ask that you come 15 minutes early so that we can buckle your car seats in properly before we give instructions to all of our guests. We pride ourselves in being a family tour!
